Your Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone email and chat
- Help users with bookings changes cancellations and account-related questions
- Deliver outstanding customer service and problem-solving support
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
- Work closely with an international team
What Were Looking For
- Fluent Dutch
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable using digital tools and online systems
- Team player with attention to detail
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory!
