Position: Dutch Content Moderator
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Work model: on-site
Employment type: Full-time (6 month contract) with possibility of extension / permanent contract

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintained strong knowledge and enthusiasm for leading e-commerce products services and industry standards
  
• Reviewed content in line with established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks
  
• Ensured uploaded content complied with platform policies legal standards and safety guidelines
  
• Adapted to policy updates schedule changes and followed standard operating procedures with consistency
  
• Identified and escalated issues through proper internal channels adhering to company protocols.
  
  

• Native/fluent in Dutch both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
  
• Excellent moderation abilities with clear verbal and written communication sound judgment and local market insight
  
• Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and industry practices
  
• Able to manage high workloads and maintain performance during peak promotional periods
  
• Ability to work in shift rotation (Monday - Sunday 24/7)
  
• Strong customer service skills with empathy effective communication and balanced decision-making.
