Domain Specialist – Motion Design (fmdiv.)

As a Domain Specialist Motion Design you will be responsible for defining motion design standards and ensuring creative excellence across video and animation assets within Bosch Power Tools global communication landscape. You will act as a subject matter expert within the Creative and Planning Expertise department supporting internal teams and external partners in delivering consistent high-quality motion assets aligned with the Bosch brand identity.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Define and maintain global motion design standards for video and animation assets.
• Ensure creative quality and brand consistency across motion design projects campaigns and product communication.
• Provide expert guidance and support to creative teams and external partners in applying Bosch motion design principles and guidelines.
• Review and approve high-impact motion assets ensuring alignment with brand requirements and quality standards.
• Monitor industry developments and motion design trends to continuously improve creative standards.

Qualifications :

Education

• Degree in Motion Design Animation Digital Media Visual Communication Graphic Design or a related field.

Experience

• Several years of professional experience in motion design animation video production or a related creative field.
• Experience working with global brands creative agencies or international teams is an advantage.
• Experience in developing and maintaining motion design guidelines and creative standards is preferred.

Know-how

• Strong knowledge of motion design principles animation techniques storytelling and visual communication.
• Good understanding of video production processes and digital communication formats.
• Ability to evaluate motion assets and ensure consistency with brand identity guidelines.
• Knowledge of current motion design trends tools and industry best practices.
• Experience providing creative guidance and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.

Languages

• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of German is an advantage.
