THE MISSION

You are Mamas Master of Mechanics the behind-the-scenes superhero the person who makes sure everything runs perfectly while the party never stops.

As our Chief Engineer youll keep Mama running at full power. From air conditioning to lighting from sustainability to safety youll make sure every space works perfectly so guests and teams can focus on enjoying the Mama experience.

Nothing escapes your eye. You anticipate problems before they happen lead your team with confidence and make sure the building runs as flawlessly as the Mama vibe.
 

Heres what youll be responsible for:

• Building Guardian Oversee the maintenance and operation of all hotel facilities ensuring safety comfort and operational excellence at all times.
• Preventive Maintenance Champion Implement and manage preventive maintenance programes to keep equipment operating efficiently and reliably.
• Safety & Compliance Protector Ensure full compliance with health safety fire prevention and other regulatory standards while maintaining a safe environment for guests and teams.
• Energy Efficiency Leader Drive sustainability initiatives and monitor energy consumption to optimize efficiency and reduce environmental impact acting as our Green Key Guardian.
• Technical Problem Solver Quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues minimizing downtime and keeping operations running smoothly.
• Team Leader & Mentor Lead train and inspire the engineering team fostering accountability skills development and teamwork.
• Projects & Renovations Driver Manage technical projects upgrades and refurbishments from planning through to execution with minimal disruption to operations.
• Supplier & Contractor Coordinator Work closely with external suppliers and contractors to ensure quality compliance and cost control.
• Budget Controller Manage the engineering/maintenance budget monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Operational Partner Work closely with the Rooms F&B and Operations teams to ensure the hotel runs seamlessly day to day.

Qualifications :
