DIGITAL PERFORMANCE ANALYTICS SENIOR ASSOCIATE (EVERGREEN)

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a SeniorAssociate in DigitalAnalytics within the Global Customer Capabilities & Innovations (GCCI) organization you will play a key role in tracking reporting and analyzing the performance of paid media campaigns supporting Amgens strategic commercial initiatives. You will support the Digital Analytics Manager based at the ACCP and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including brandleads the Global Commercial Capabilities (GCC) team and external media agencies. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on turning data into insights is detail-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced matrixed environment. Your work will helpoptimizemedia investment and drive meaningful business impact for priority brands
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Assistin the collection tracking and analysis of media performance metrics across digital channels (e.g. display social search video).
Maintain and update reporting dashboards (e.g. Tableau Power BIPowerpoint) to reflect current campaign performance.
Partner with the Digital Analytics Manager to support brand reporting needs providing inputs into strategic readouts and campaign reviews.
Coordinate with media agency partners to ensuretimelydelivery and validation of data inputs.
Assistinidentifyingdata discrepancies and performing quality assurance to ensure reporting accuracy.
Support the documentation of business rules and measurement frameworks across reporting workstreams.
Participate in recurring media reporting cycles and contribute to ongoing improvement of analytics processes.
Collaborate with brand GCC and GCCI stakeholders to integrate media insights with broader commercial performance narratives.

You are collaborative data-savvy and enthusiastic about contributing to media analytics in a global healthcare setting. You enjoy solving problems with data working with digital platforms and supporting commercial decision-making through insights.
Minimum requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience inanalytics preferably in digital media performance reporting or commercial data analysis.
Masters degreeand3 years ofexperience.
ORBachelorsdegree and5years ofexperience.
University Degree incomputer science engineering mathematicshealthcareor related field.
Proficiency in English both in written and oral communication.
Preferred requirements
Familiarity with digital media metrics and reporting tools (e.g. Google Ads DV360 Meta Ads Manager).
Experience using Tableau Power BI or similar data visualization platforms.
Medium knowledge of SQL or data wrangling tools is a plus.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Experience working with external agencies or media partners preferred.
Detail-oriented with the ability tovalidateand reconcile data.
Effective communication skills and the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
Experience in pharma/biotech or regulated industry is aplus butnotrequired
