Job Title/High-Level Position Summary:

• The Digital Performance & Analytics Lead establishes a standardized measurement framework that gives objective visibility on traffic conversion lead generation and digital performance across Enovis businesses. Working within the Global Digital Center of Excellence and in the spirit of the Enovis Growth Excellence (EGX) continuous-improvement culture the role creates a single source of truth that turns fragmented reporting into shared insights driving investment and optimization decisions. This requisition is used for ongoing talent acquisition and may not represent an immediate opening.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the KPI framework dashboards and performance reporting for the global digital ecosystem.
• Generate actionable insights on conversion growth and digital performance to inform prioritization and optimization.
• Establish governance for attribution reporting quality and data consistency.
• Partner with business unit and CoE teams to translate data into decisions and measurable actions.
• Apply reporting standards consistently across brands and digital properties.
• Support investment and optimization decisions with objective comparable performance data.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital analytics measurement and performance reporting.
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business Analytics Statistics Information Systems or related field required.
• Experience defining KPI frameworks and driving data governance in a multi-stakeholder environment required.
• Experience with web and eCommerce analytics and tag management preferred.
• Strong command of analytics platforms dashboards and attribution methodologies required.
• Microsoft Office required.
• Google Analytics or equivalent web analytics platform required; marketing attribution tooling required.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills; English required.

Desired Characteristics:

• Experience in regulated industries (medtech healthcare pharma)
• Exposure to global or multi-brand digital ecosystems
• Familiarity with modern CMS e-commerce analytics or MarTech platforms

Travel Requirements:

• Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time; both domestic and international travel is required.
• Typical work related travel assignments range 1-3 days and as such overnight out-of-town stays are required.
