Join our Reddit team in Lisbon to help brands grow on the front page of the internet! As a Digital Ad Sales Representative you will drive revenue by pitching tailored advertising solutions to clients and agencies.

• Prospective & Outbound Sales: Reach out to clients pitch campaign strategies and close deals.
• Account Management: Build long-term relationships manage pipelines in CRM and optimize client campaigns.
• Consultative Strategy: Deliver data-driven recommendations that maximize client ROI.

• 12 years experience in B2B outbound sales cold calling or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising (social performance or programmatic).
• Native or fluent English with excellent negotiation skills.

• Base Package: 1227.33 gross/month (includes base meal holiday and Christmas allowances).
• Performance Bonus: Up to 300.00/month.
