For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
Proficiency with version control and project tracking platforms including Bitbucket (or Git) Jira and TFS for end-to-end delivery management.
Strong understanding of DevOps culture principles (CALMS) and the ability to apply them consistently across cross-functional teams and delivery workflows.
Deep knowledge of DevSecOps methodologies with proven ability to embed security practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
Ability to design consume and create APIs to support automation initiatives and streamline operational processes.
Strong pedagogical and communication skills with the ability to mentor team members and proactively propose strategies for knowledge sharing and skill development.
Fluency in English (B2)
Availability for Hybrid model 2 times a week (based in Porto)
Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit
