For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

At least 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
Strong Infrastructure as Code expertise using Ansible (playbooks roles inventories) Python and PowerShell in a predominantly Windows environment with strict focus on idempotence and repeatable deployments
Experience evolving and modernising PowerShell scripts including refactoring and/or migration to Ansible and Python aligned with DevOps best practices
Hands-on integration of infrastructure automation into CI/CD pipelines using: Bitbucket (Git) JFrog Artifactory Jenkins XL-Deploy and XL-Release
Experience with job scheduling tools familiarity with Control-M and/or VTOM (migration experience is a strong plus)
Proficiency with operational governance tools: ServiceNow and Jira (incidents problems changes end-to-end traceability)
Experience with performance and capacity testing tools such as NeoLoad and/or k6
Hands-on with observability and monitoring tooling: Grafana Zabbix ELK AppDynamics / Elastic APM
Secure secrets management with CyberArk / Conjur ensuring compliant and audited automation
Experience with messaging/event streaming platforms (RabbitMQ Kafka) and distributed cache layers (Redis) including automated provisioning and configuration
Fluency in English (at least a B2 level)
Availability for a hybrid work model 2 times a week in the Porto office (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit).
