Must Have
- Linux
- Shell Scripting
- ITIL / ITSM
- PL/SQL
- Application Troubleshooting
- Monitoring Tools (Splunk/Dynatrace preferred)
- DevOps Automation CI/CD Jenkins GitHub
Good to Have
- Groovy Scripting / YAML
- Git basics / Bitbucket
- Ansible / Chef
Preferred Qualifications
- Card Payment knowledge
- Experience with Cloud AWS Azure
- Root cause analysis capacity planning on-call support
