Senior pastoral leadership in an international school in the Lisbon area.
The role
Lead day-to-day pastoral care: behaviour wellbeing safeguarding practice tutors / year teams parent communication and student experience beyond the classroom. Work with the Head and senior team.
Essential
QTS or equivalent substantial secondary teaching experience proven pastoral leadership (Head of Year Assistant/Deputy Head Pastoral or equivalent) strong safeguarding knowledge.
Desirable
International-school experience boarding or extended day wellbeing or inclusion leadership.
