Job Description:
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recurring analytical exercises such as the financial forecasting of business units
- Own and deliver on a small area of workstreams within strategic and operational projects
- Support budgeting and workforce planning processes
- Build and maintain reporting & forecasting models (excel)
- Build and maintain Power BI reports and supporting data structures
- Automate data extraction processing and analysis using Python
- Support data engineering work for AI RAG initiatives including data preparation and pipeline reliability
- Monitor validate and report on system data quality and drive remediation of issues
- Support ad-hoc Chief Delivery Officer requests and cross-team projects
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or Business Administration
- 2 years of relevant work experience (IT Administration Finance Accounting)
- Preferably some exposure to data analytics
- Comfortable using excel and building models that scale to Power BI Reports (knowledge of XLOOKUP VLOOKUP SUMIF and similar)
- Knowledge in Python for data extraction transformation automation and analysis is strongly preferred
- Experience working with BI Tools such as Power BI or willingness to learn
- Understanding of data pipelines structured data handling and data quality concepts
- Analytical ability with attention to accuracy and data integrity
- Strong task ownership and reliability in delivering defined workstreams
- Ability to interpret operational and financial metrics and build reporting around them
- Structured communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and recurring planning cycles
- Ability to work independently manage time and adapt to evolving priorities
- Fluent in English
