For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 6 years of experience as a Delivery Manager
- Hands-on proficiency in delivery planning including roadmap coordination across multiple platforms and stakeholders in a cross-functional multi-site organization.
- Strong command of risk management practices with the ability to challenge unrealistic commitments surface blockers early and escalate issues before they impact delivery timelines.
- Familiarity with application migration and system decommissioning initiatives supporting technical transitions while maintaining service stability and stakeholder alignment.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills to provide clear consistent delivery status visibility to both technical teams and business stakeholders in a distributed environment.
- Fluency in English B2 & French (B2)
- Availability for Hybrid model 2 x week based in Porto or Lisbon
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit
