Job Summary
Support the operation and maintenance of datacenter and telecommunications infrastructure across multiple sites within an Inetum project in the telecom/energy sector.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform operational and technical support activities in datacenter environments
- Execute fibre optic installation testing and certification (OTDR)
- Manage incidents and service requests
- Conduct technical site surveys and validate infrastructure
- Maintain and update technical documentation and reports
- Support structured cabling installations (fibre and copper)
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in datacenter telecom or infrastructure environments
- Experience in datacenter operations and support
- Hands-on experience with fibre optics and OTDR testing
- Knowledge of structured cabling and connectivity
- Experience in incident and request management
- Ability to produce technical documentation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Visio or similar tools
- Valid drivers license
- Availability to travel between sites
- Professional proficiency in Portuguese
Additional Valued Experience
- Experience in housing or colocation environments
- Knowledge of IP networking
- Experience coordinating suppliers or subcontractors
- Understanding of datacenter layouts and infrastructure
- Knowledge of telecom-related power systems
