For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

5 years of experience as a Data Project Manager
Proven ability to orchestrate cross-functional digital initiatives ensuring alignment between business strategies and technical delivery streams across multiple stakeholder groups.
Skilled in translating business questions and requirements into data and analytics solutions bridging the gap between non-technical teams and data/engineering functions.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business audiences and capture business intent for technical teams.
Ability to design and facilitate working forums communities of practice and knowledge-sharing sessions that promote data project management best practices across business and data functions.
Familiarity with Agile and/or Lean project methodologies applied to data and analytics project delivery in a consulting or enterprise environment.
Working knowledge of data architecture concepts particularly semantic layer design and hands-on exposure to Data & Analytics projects is a strong advantage.
Fluency in English (B2) and Portuguese (C1)
Availability for Hybrid model 2 times a week based in Lisbon
Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit
