Data Engineer | Data Warehouse & ETL

• Design develop and maintain scalable and high-performance ETL/ELT data pipelines to support Data Warehouse and analytics platforms.
• Build and optimize data integration processes ensuring data quality reliability and performance.
• Automate development and deployment workflows through CI/CD pipelines managing releases across multiple environments.
• Design and implement robust data models and architectures following Data Engineering and Business Intelligence best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into efficient data solutions.
• Support and empower end users working with Dataiku and Tableau promoting adoption and best practices.
• Monitor troubleshoot and continuously improve data processing workflows and platform performance.
• Provide technical leadership mentoring and knowledge sharing to junior team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Intelligence or a related field.
• 5 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with ETL/ELT frameworks and data integration tools (e.g. Alteryx Talend).
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction transformation and optimization.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or PySpark.
• Experience designing and maintaining Data Warehouse solutions and data architectures.
• Solid understanding of data governance data quality and performance optimization principles.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Apache NiFi Dataiku and/or Tableau.
• Previous experience within the banking or financial services sector.
• Knowledge of Credit Risk Risk Management or Regulatory Reporting.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies Scrum practices and tools such as JIRA.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook).
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
