YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You support the business by designing and maintaining logical data architecture including star schemas cubes and dimension tables
• You manage the technical execution of Redshift migration optimizing table structures and query performance for efficient analytics
• You liaise with cross-functional teams to build reusable data models and ensure consistent KPI definitions
• You maintain data quality and integrity across key business datasets establishing testing documentation and governance standards
• You receive and automate manual data processes by building pipelines and leveraging AI-powered coding assistants
• You assist with deep-dive analyses translating business questions into analytical frameworks and synthesizing data into actionable recommendations for senior management

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have 2-5 years of experience in analytics engineering data engineering or a related role with demonstrated progression in scope and complexity
• Education You have a bachelors degree in Math Business Data Analytics/Engineering Computer Science or a related field and are authorized to work in Portugal
• Technical Proficiency You possess SQL skills experience with cloud data platforms (Redshift BigQuery Snowflake) and familiarity with BI/visualization tools (QuickSight Tableau Power BI)
• Soft Skills You demonstrate strong communication skills business literacy and the ability to present complex data architecture decisions in English
• Commitment to Excellence You are automation-minded AI-fluent and able to manage your own priorities with a self-directed approach
• Additional Skills You are familiar with data modeling concepts prompt engineering
