Job Summary
We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Data Annotators fluent in German to support a world-renowned short-video platform. Your work will directly contribute to improving content quality and user experience by helping train AI models to recognize and categorize ambiguous or low-quality content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess multimedia content (videos/photos) based on predefined quality criteria
- Accurately label content into specific poor-quality categories for model training
- Meet daily quality and quantity targets set by the Project Manager
- Adapt to evolving guidelines and project updates
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and responsibility
Requirements:
- Native or fluent German speaker
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
- Must be able to work onsite in Lisbon
- Background in linguistics or experience in language teaching is a strong plus
- At least 6months experience in data annotation or content moderation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to support team improvement
Benefits:
- Base Salary: 950/ month
- Language Market Bonus: 400/ month (after training period)
- Meal Allowance: 6/work day

- Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (40 hours/week)
