Danish-Speaking Video Content Moderator

Are you a Danish speaker who is passionate about internet safety digital media and online trends We are seeking detail-oriented and analytically minded individuals to join our international hub on-site in Lisbon! In this role you will work behind the scenes for one of the worlds leading video-sharing platforms reviewing digital media to ensure a safe welcoming and secure community for millions of users.

• Video Review: Monitor evaluate and moderate user-generated video content and accompanying text/audio in Danish ensuring strict adherence to global community guidelines and safety policies.
• Risk Identification: Detect and quickly flag inappropriate harmful fraudulent or policy-violating visual material taking swift action to enforce guidelines.
• Objective Decision-Making: Apply critical thinking to make accurate independent choices regarding video removals age-restrictions or account escalations.
• Data Security: Handle user reports and sensitive platform information with the highest standards of confidentiality and digital privacy.

• Location: Lisbon Portugal.
• Work Model: Full-time 100% on-site role based in a state-of-the-art high-tech office hub.
• Shift Pattern: Rotational operational shifts (which may include weekends or holidays to support a 24/7 digital environment).

• Salary: Highly competitive base salary aligned with the premium Danish speaker bracket in Portugal.
