An on-site Technical Customer Support role with the employer in Lisbon supporting a Search Engine project focused on handling customer and technical support inquiries within a structured BPO environment. Fixed MondayFriday schedule (08:0017:00) with relocation support available for candidates moving from abroad.

Your Profile
- Native/Fluent Danish and good English (B2)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable in customer support/technical support environment
- Computer literate with ability to learn systems quickly
- Customer service or technical support experience considered a plus.
