Job Summary
Are you fluent in Danish and looking for a fully remote position that allows you to work from anywhere in Portugal We are seeking calm customer-focused and problem-solving individuals to join our international mobility and emergency services team as a Roadside Assistance Coordinator.
In this role you will act as a crucial lifeline for Danish-speaking drivers and travelers experiencing breakdowns accidents or vehicle emergencies across Europe coordinating swift assistance and alternative travel solutions from the comfort of your home office.
- Emergency & Mobility Support: Receive inbound calls and messages from Danish drivers needing immediate roadside assistance towing tire replacement or medical/travel aid.
- Coordination & Logistics: Contact and dispatch local mechanics towing services rental car agencies and hotels to ensure drivers and passengers are safe and mobile.
- Case Management: Accurately log vehicle specs locations (using GPS/mapping software) and incident details in internal management systems.
- Reassurance & Communication: Maintain clear empathetic and reassuring communication with stressed customers providing real-time updates until their issue is fully resolved.
- Location: 100% Remote / Work From Home (Must reside anywhere in Portugal: mainland or islands).
- Work Model: Full-time (40 hours/week) with rotational operational shifts (including weekend or holiday coverage to support 24/7 mobility services).
- Relocation: No relocation package provided. Candidates must already reside in Portugal with active local tax and social security registration or hold full legal rights to work locally.

- Experience: Prior experience in customer service logistics travel dispatch or automotive support is preferred but not strictly required.
