Customer Service role with our client in Braga supporting an Automotive Digital project focused on assisting Danish-speaking customers with support-related inquiries within a fast-paced automotive and digital services environment. Model: Fully Remote Working Schedule: MondayFriday 08:0017:00 In short: Customer service automotive digital support international BPO environment. As these are remote positions we give preference to candidates who are already residing in Portugal.

• Native/Fluent Danish and good English (B2)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in customer support/BPO environment
• Computer literate with ability to learn systems quickly

1500 per month 14 salaries (gross)

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is well above monthly 12 which is worth working out before you compare it to an offer at home.

• Complexity bonus of 80 Health insurance 7.63 per day net meal allowance

• Relocation coming from abroad: room in shared apartment for max 12 months - rent of 280 utitlies and bills included. discounted directly from payslip. Relocation wtihin PT: no accomodation provided unless candidate currently living in accomodation provided by competitor. From 1st of December 2025 onwards flight ticket reimbursement will no longer be provided.
