Danish-Speaking Customer Service Advisor Automotive

Were hiring a Danish-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join an Automotive team in Braga Portugal.

Youll support customers of a well-known automotive brand with day-to-day service queries.

Work model: Remote.

Multiple start dates available across 03/Sep/26 20/Aug/26.

In this role youll answer customer questions by phone email and chat keep accurate records of each interaction and escalate more complex cases to the right team when needed.

Were looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Danish and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.
