Remote Fulltime Monday to Friday Weekends off
We are recruiting Danish-speaking Customer Service Associates for a remote position based in Portugal. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping customers solving issues and working in a dynamic multicultural environment.
About the Role
You will support customers by handling enquiries providing accurate information and ensuring a positive service experience. Full training is provided and starts from home.
Work Model
- Remote position (within Portugal)
- Training at home
- Relocation support available
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Rotative shifts between 07:00 and 19:00
- Weekends off: Saturday & Sunday
Salary Package
- 1500 gross x 14 months
- Attendance bonus: 80 x 11 months
- Complexity bonus: 80 x 11 months
- Additional internal benefits may apply
Requirements
- Fluent Danish (mandatory)
- Good English level
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills
- Availability for rotating shifts
- Based in Portugal or willing to relocate
