Are you a native or fluent Danish speaker with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service This is your opportunity to join the customer support team one of the worlds most prestigious automotive brands while working remotely from anywhere in Portugal.

As a Customer Service Representative you will provide outstanding support to Audi customers through multiple communication channels ensuring every interaction reflects the premium quality of the brand.

• Provide professional customer support via phone chat and email
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Update CRM systems accurately with relevant customer information
• Build strong customer relationships through professional and empathetic communication
• Support customer retention by providing effective solutions
• Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to achieve quality and performance goals
• Identify recurring issues and proactively suggest improvements
• Meet service quality productivity and customer satisfaction KPIs

• Native or fluent Danish (C1/C2)
• English level B2 or higher
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required

Monday to Friday
Rotating shifts between 07:00 and 19:00
Weekends Off (Saturday & Sunday)
