Czech Global E-Commerce Content Moderator (Lisbon)

Are you a Czech speaker with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for online trends We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our international team on-site in Lisbon! In this role you will work behind the scenes for a leading global social media and shopping ecosystem shaping a safe and high-quality environment for millions of e-commerce users.

The Role
  • Content Review: Monitor analyze and moderate user-generated e-commerce content (product listings text images and videos) to ensure strict compliance with platform policies and community standards.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and efficiently remove inappropriate fraudulent or harmful content to protect consumers and brand integrity.
  • Quick Decision-Making: Make fast accurate evaluations based on established guidelines in a high-volume fast-paced digital environment.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal quality assurance teams to help refine moderation guidelines and platform safety features.
Working Model & Location
  • Location: Lisbon Portugal.
  • Work Model: Full-time 100% on-site role based in a modern multicultural office hub.

Requirements
  • Native or Near-Native Czech: Fluent verbal and written communication skills.
  • English Proficiency: B2 level or higher for training materials and internal global communications.
  • Legal Status: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal.
  • Analytical Mindset: Excellent critical thinking and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Resilience: Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle a high volume of digital content with objectivity.
