In this role you will work behind the scenes for a leading global social media and shopping ecosystem shaping a safe and high-quality environment for millions of e-commerce users.

• Content Review: Monitor analyze and moderate user-generated e-commerce content (product listings text images and videos) to ensure strict compliance with platform policies and community standards.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify and efficiently remove inappropriate fraudulent or harmful content to protect consumers and brand integrity.
• Quick Decision-Making: Make fast accurate evaluations based on established guidelines in a high-volume fast-paced digital environment.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal quality assurance teams to help refine moderation guidelines and platform safety features.

• Location: Lisbon Portugal.
• Work Model: Full-time 100% on-site role based in a modern multicultural office hub.

• Hours: 40 hours per week (24/7 rotational shifts including weekends).
