• Review and evaluate online content (images videos text URLs)
• Identify violations such as hate speech harassment and harmful content
• Ensure pages meet advertising and policy standards
• Escalate cases using internal tools
• Maintain high quality and productivity levels
• Support English workflows when required
• Adapt to different content types depending on business needs

• Full-time training (8h/day) in English
• Includes product training tools training customer management and onthejob practice
• Preliminary contract during training; 12month employment contract after successful completion

• Location: Lisbon
• Schedule: Monday to Friday rotational shifts between 07:0018:00
• Contract: Portuguese employment contract
• Holidays: Up to 20 days in the first year; 22 days from the second year
