Job Summary

Join our team in Lisbon Portugal as a Content Moderator where you will play a crucial role inensuring content safety and compliance. This position involves moderating content in Czechand English contributing to a secure online environment.

Responsabilities:

Moderate content to ensure safety and compliance
Apply rational decision-making in content evaluation
Manage content queues including during peak volumes and promotion seasons
Provide excellent customer service in interactions related to content moderation
Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills in daily tasks

WORK MODEL:On-site

SCHEDULE:Rotational shifts 24/7 coverage (Mondayto Sunday) with 2 rotative days off. Shiftsinclude 07:00 16:00 14:00 23:00 and22:30 07:30.
