What Youll Do

• Support retail customers in Spanish and answer their questions clearly
• Resolve issues in a friendly professional way
• Follow internal guidelines to keep the customer experience consistent

What Were Looking For

• Fluent or native-level Spanish
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient helpful solution-oriented attitude
• Currently living in Lisbon Portugal
• Availability to work on-site Monday to Friday
