As a Customer Support Specialist youll support consumers and business users helping them navigate the platform and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting customers with billing and invoicing queries
• Troubleshooting account access and login issues
• Guiding users on how to use AI products and features
• Providing support via email chat and telephone
• Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Meeting quality and performance targets

• Fluent English both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working with technology and digital platforms
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotating shift environment
• 8 hours per day 5 days per week with rotating shifts
• Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon

• 1259 gross/month
• Up to 200/month performance bonus before taxes
