Customer Support Specialist – Home Appliances

Lisbon Portugal Start Dates: June 15th & June 22nd

We are looking for a motivated Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team supporting a leading home appliances brand. This is a structured process-driven role combining customer service technical troubleshooting warranty handling and after-sales support.

• Handle inbound customer requests (phone email chat) in Danish

• Manage warranty claims repair requests and spare parts orders

• Provide basic technical troubleshooting for home appliances

• Guide customers through after-sales processes and solutions

• Work within structured systems and follow clear operational procedures

• Document all interactions accurately in internal tools

• Escalate complex technical cases when necessary

• Ensure a professional and high-quality customer experience

• Fluent Danish (C1/C2 mandatory)

• Good English communication skills (B1 preferred)

• Experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage

• Interest in technical products and structured processes

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced process-oriented environment

Base Salary: 1400/month
Language Bonus: 150/month

Performance Bonus: 100/month

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Full training provided (technical products & systems)

• Shift: 07:00 17:00 (day schedule only)

• Stable and structured working hours (no night shifts)
