Customer Support Specialist – French Speaker

Role Overview

Join the CB Talents family! We are looking for enthusiastic French speakers to join our customer support team in Porto for the prestigious Bouygues Telecom project. • Receive incoming calls and digital inquiries from Bouygues Telecom customers.
• Welcome advise and provide personalized solutions regarding subscriptions billing and technical troubleshooting.
• Share and live the vibrant Bouygues Telecom culture daily with your team.

• Language: Native or strong C2 French proficiency.
• Location: Must live within a 30km radius of our Porto office (On-site role).
• Skills: Good communication skills problem-solving mindset and a positive attitude.

• Estimated Gross Monthly Salary: 1383 (including base and active performance components).
• Base Salary: 930 gross/month (paid x14 months).
• Meal Allowance: 9 per working day.
• Performance Bonus: 100 fixed for the first 3 months then up to performance (paid x12 months).
