Customer Support Specialist, French

Join a team in Braga as a French-speaking Customer Service Representative. In this on-site role you will be the primary point of contact for customers of a leading consumer credit platform addressing their inquiries and providing tailored financing solutions.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday 07:00 AM to 05:30 PM on rotational shifts. Saturday and Sunday off.
• Contract: 6-month contract
• Compensation: Monthly gross salary paid over 14 months plus a welcome bonus paid in monthly instalments during the first year a complexity bonus and a food allowance for each working day
• Relocation: No relocation support provided

Responsibilities

• Answer customer requests by phone about existing credit and new project inquiries
• Analyze customer needs to personalize each interaction understand expectations reassure customers and offer the most suitable financing options
• Build long-lasting high-quality customer relationships
• Make the most of each inbound and outbound call by identifying commercial opportunities
• Manage assigned files in line with procedures and safety rules with rigor and integrity

Requirements
