We are hiring Customer Support Representatives to join Teleperformance in Portugal working with Facebook one of the worlds most popular online platforms!

What youll be doing:

• Assist registered users and community members via telephone email and chat.
  
• Help users finalize their registration and navigate products and services smoothly.
  
• Provide high-quality service to ensure every interaction matters.
  

What we need from you:

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  
• ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES!
• Passion for customer care strong communication skills and effective questioning.
  
• Comfort using computer software and digital tools.
  
• Experience in digital marketing or platform support is a plus!
