Customer Support Agent – Lisbon

• Performance Bonus: Up to 100.00 / month extra
• Work Schedule: Rotational shifts between 07:00 and 22:00 (Lisbon time)no overnight shifts!

• Provide high-quality non-voice back-office customer support in Dutch and English
• Manage case files account updates and connected service workflows with precision

• Languages: Fluent proficiency (written and spoken) in both Dutch and English
• Location: Based locally in Lisbon Portugal (or ready to commute immediately)
