Customer Support Agent

• Position: Customer Support Agent (Dutch & English)
• Location: Lisbon Portugal (Local candidates residing in Lisbon only; no relocation package is provided)
• Work Type: On-site for the initial 3 months transitioning to a Hybrid model thereafter
• Schedule & Working Hours: Monday to Friday standard daytime hours (scheduled between 07:00 16:00 / 08:00 18:00; weekends off)
• Base Gross Salary: 1400.00 gross per month

• Signing Bonus: 2000.00 total bonus (paid out in 6 consecutive instalments)
• Language Bonus: 150.00 extra gross per month
• Performance Bonus: Up to 100.00 monthly based on KPIs
• Flexibility & Balance: Transition to hybrid telework after 3 months with free weekends guaranteed

• Full professional fluency in Dutch or Flemish (native or equivalent written and verbal)
• Strong conversational and written proficiency in English
• Current residence in Lisbon Portugal with valid local working documentation
• Strong customer-first mindset empathy and solid digital communication skills
