Customer Support Agent English No Experience Required

A Lisbon customer service team is looking for English speaking agents who want to start a career in customer support. We provide full training so you do not need previous experience only a clear way of communicating and a positive attitude.

Your work will include handling customer enquiries following guidelines updating records accurately and working with colleagues to close cases quickly. You will learn our systems in a supportive environment and grow with the team.

The essential requirement is English at C1 level or higher. The rota runs between 06:00 and midnight across all seven days and we are hiring with an immediate start for candidates who can begin right away. We also value reliability teamwork and a positive attitude and every new colleague receives regular feedback and a clear path for development from the first day.

Candidates must have the right to work in Portugal such as European Union citizenship a valid residence card or permit or refugee status.
