We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join an international project in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for customers providing support in English and Dutch and ensuring a highquality service experience.

About the Position In this role you will assist customers through phone email and chat helping them with inquiries and providing clear efficient solutions. You will be part of an international team and work within a fastpaced environment.
Requirements Fluency in English Fluency in Dutch Must already be living in Lisbon Portugal (relocation not provided)
Additional Information Performance bonus: 100.00 Language bonus: 150.00 Hybrid work model available after the first 3 months depending on performance
