Are you a native or fluent French speaker looking for an international career opportunity in Portugal Join a dynamic and multicultural team in Porto and provide exceptional customer support for a leading E-commerce project.

• Assist customers via phone email and chat in French.
• Handle inquiries related to orders deliveries payments returns and account management.
• Provide professional and customer-focused solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Native or fluent French (C1/C2 level).
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• EU citizenship or valid work authorization for Portugal.

• Monday to Saturday
• Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• 8-hour shifts
• Start Date: 08 June

• Base Salary: 953 x 14 months
• Performance Bonus: 100/month (guaranteed during the first 6 months)
• Attendance Bonus: 25/month
• Meal Allowance: approximately 126/month (paid in cash)
