Customer Support Advisor English Seven Day Rota

Our Lisbon operation is hiring English speaking customer support advisors to help people with everyday questions about products and services. You do not need prior experience just strong English patience and a willingness to learn quickly.

In this role you will listen carefully to customers provide accurate information fix straightforward issues and hand over more complicated cases with a clear summary. You will be supported by team leaders and training materials throughout your first weeks.

Candidates should have English at C1 level or higher. Shifts follow a rota between 06:00 and midnight including weekends and we are recruiting now with an immediate start available for the right people. We also value reliability teamwork and a positive attitude and every new colleague receives regular feedback and a clear path for development from the first day.

Candidates must have the right to work in Portugal such as European Union citizenship a valid residence card or permit or refugee status.
