We are seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support professional to join a remote team supporting a leading online marketplace in the Netherlands. This role is based in Portugal offering flexible remote work and opportunities in a fast-growing e-commerce environment.

• Provide customer support via phone and email
• Assist customers with orders deliveries payments and returns
• Troubleshoot issues related to online purchases
• Act as a point of contact for external sellers
• Provide information about digital products
• Escalate and reroute complex issues to relevant departments
• Maintain a friendly and professional customer experience

• Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Team player with a proactive attitude

• Salary of 1434.82 gross/month (without accommodation)
• Salary of 1313.32 gross/month (with accommodation option)
• Remote work within Portugal
• Full-time contract (40 hours per week)
