Customer Service Specialist – Spanish & English

As a Customer Service Specialist you will be the friendly face and voice representing leading global brands. You will deliver high-quality support to customers across Spanish- and English-speaking markets handling inquiries and resolving issues with a warm professional and customer-focused mindset.

• Position: Customer Service Specialist
• Location: Lisbon Portugal
• Work Model: On-site
• Languages Required: Spanish & English

• Base Salary: 920 gross / month paid over 14 months (includes standard Portuguese holiday & Christmas bonuses)
• Food Allowance: 7.63 per working day (net addition)
• Attendance Bonus: 25 per month (over 11 months)

• Availability: Monday to Sunday operational window between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM
• Roster: Rotational shifts with 2 guaranteed days off per week

• English Proficiency: Solid C1 level (must pass the Harver English assessment with a C1 score).
• Spanish Proficiency: High fluency / native-level standard for smooth customer interactions.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
• Skills: Strong communication skills empathy problem-solving ability and a passionate customer-first attitude.
