• Provide high-level solutions-oriented customer support for digital advertising and paid campaign management platforms.
• Guide users through troubleshooting optimization and platform best practices.
• Utilize your digital marketing expertise to analyze understand and resolve complex account and campaign queries.
• Act as a core support pillar in a fast-evolving globally recognized tech ecosystem.

To smash it in this role you must bring:

• The Experience: Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns is mandatory.
• The Blueprint: A Bachelors degree in Marketing or a closely related field.
• The Background: Solid experience in Digital Marketing and a background working in a Contact Centre or support program for an AdTech company.
• The Mindset: Absolute fluency in social media products and a strong fundamental grasp of digital advertising ecosystems.

• Phase 1 (Immediate Start): A steady daytime window.
  • Monday to Sunday coverage (07:00 to 19:00 window).
  • You will work one of two shifts: 07:00 16:00 OR 10:00 19:00.
• Phase 2 (Future Scope - TBC): Transitioning to a 24/7 rotating shift model (Monday to Sunday) with 2 rotating days off per week. Flexibility for this future shift is a must!

• Base Salary: 1100 per month (paid across 14 months).
• Attendance Bonus: An extra 60 per month (paid across 11 months) just for being reliable and on top of your game.
