Your Mission

As a Customer Service Specialist you will support airline passengers throughout their travel journey ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. You will assist customers with a variety of travel-related inquiries while delivering professional empathetic and solution-oriented support.

What Youll Be Doing
  • Assist customers via phone email and other support channels

  • Handle flight-related inquiries reservations schedule changes and travel information

  • Support passengers with baggage-related concerns and travel disruptions

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality

  • Provide accurate information regarding airline policies procedures and services

  • Escalate complex cases when necessary and follow established processes

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience in every interaction

What Were Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent Spanish (C1 level or higher)

  • Good English communication skills (minimum B2 level spoken and written)

  • Minimum 6 months of Customer Service experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Empathetic patient and customer-focused mindset

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive situations professionally

  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays

  • Ability to successfully complete all mandatory training and certification requirements

Nice-to-Have
  • Previous experience in tourism travel hospitality airline or baggage services

  • Experience working with GDS systems such as Amadeus Galileo or Sabre

  • Experience supporting international customers

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: 920 gross/month (paid over 14 months)

  • Attendance Bonus: 25/month (paid over 11 months)

Work Schedule
  • Rotational shifts

  • Monday to Sunday

  • Operating hours: 08:00 20:00

  • 5 working days per week according to rotating schedules
