We are offering a 2000 Welcome Bonus. This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment Monday to Friday (including bank holidays): 07:30 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts) Days Off: Weekends

Your Profile
- We are seeking an experienced insurance customer service representative to join one of the worlds largest insurance this role you will handle customer queries over phone and email providing detailed information about our products.
- Key responsibilities include answering questions about coverage assisting with policy cancellations and helping insurance brokers direct their inquiries. Success in this role requires a friendly and professional demeanor strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will manage both inbound and outbound calls as well as emails.
What Is Offered
- Complexity Bonus paid in 11 months 100EUR
- Performance Bonus (up to) paid in 12 months 100 EUR
