People Hive is supporting a client in the search for a Customer Service Representative Insurance (Dutch) to join their team in Lisbon.
The role focuses on assisting Dutch-speaking customers with support-related enquiries within an insurance project in a structured customer service environment.
Critical Requirements
- Native/Fluent Dutch and good English (B2)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in customer support/BPO environment
- Computer literate with ability to learn systems quickly.
