I amlooking for a German and English-speaking Customer Service Representative to provide inbound customer support. Responsibilities include assisting customers with service-related inquiries guiding them through app setup and access procedures presenting relevant products and services and supporting marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Fluent or native-level German and good English proficiency.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A customer-focused and sales-oriented approach.
work mode:
- Rotating shifts Monday to Sunday between 06:00 and 21:00 with two rotating days off.
- Hybrid work model in Porto Portugal.
