A Customer Service Representative role with a confidential app-based services company focused on customer support account assistance and app guidance within an employee benefits environment. Model: On-site Location: Braga Portugal Working Schedule: Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 18:00PM (Rotational shifts) Days off: Saturday and Sunday

Your Profile
- Native or fluent in French (C2) with strong written and verbal skills.
- Fluent in English (minimum B2) to work with internal teams and systems.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good computer and app literacy
- Comfortable handling inbound calls
