Customer Service NAM Intern (Late Shift)

We are looking for:

A trainee to process day-to-day activities and provide administrative support to the Customer Service NAM team


We count on you to:

• Manage effective and accurate order entry invoicing and needed follow-ups
• Register Customer complaint and follow-up
• Run and distribute various CS reports
• Provide support with different administrative tasks to the CS team
• Act pro-actively to identify process and system improvements

You will bring:

• Fluent English
• Strong customer focus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team (team player mindset)
• Ability to work in a fast moving business intense environment at high accuracy and speed
• Willingness to act proactively and identify opportunities for improvement
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Suite
• SAP and Salesforce knowledge would be a plus

You will get:

• The Portuguese annual base salary reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is: 11280.00 for applicants who have completed or are completing a Bachelors degree and 12480.00 for applicants who have completed or are completing a Masters degree.

Additional information:

• 12 month Internship
• Late Shift: from 2.00PM to 11.00PM (On office days leave time is flexible so as to accommodate for safe commute home to complete work shift.)
• Location: Lisbon Portugal
• Hybrid working model (up to 3 times per week from home)
