About the Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual for a Customer Service role in Lisbon Portugal

focusing on content evaluation and annotation. This position requires fluent proficiency in

German and English and involves assessing AI-generated content for quality relevance and

compliance while contributing to the improvement of AI models.

Additional Information

A complexity bonus of 200 is provided per 11 months.

Candidates should be aware that no vacations are planned for the first 6 months of

employment.

Requirements

Fluent proficiency in German and English.

Availability to work 24/7 in rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays

with 2 rotative days off.

Demonstrated ability to evaluate and annotate AI-generated content accurately and

consistently.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for assessing content quality relevance

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated responses using detailed quality and annotation guidelines.

Accurately label and annotate language model outputs with consistency and attention

to detail.

Assess content for quality relevance factual accuracy safety and policy compliance.

Apply complex annotation guidelines across a wide range of scenarios and content

types.

Identify inconsistencies edge cases and potential issues escalating them when

necessary.

Deliver high-quality work while meeting productivity accuracy and quality targets.

Review and analyze structured text language data and AI-generated content.

Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all project standards data security and

quality requirements.

Contribute to the ongoing improvement of AI models by providing accurate

evaluations annotations and actionable feedback.
